           My response to the Qualities of a Good MCCI is:

         1.  Thorough understanding of the subject being taught.

         2.  Patience

         3.  Ability to adjust to the various levels of competence among
              students within a group

         4.  Present the subject in a stimulating and interesting manner

         5.  Challenge without discouraging the student

         6.  Maintain a sence of humor.....i.e.    HAVE FUN !!!!
