Hi Gordy & group,I like this question and would like to offer my response.As always thank you for the quiz.Bob Rumpf:1.) A Master Instructor should firstly possess knowledge.2.) They should have also have the acquired ability to share that knowledge.3.) They should possess the ability to give an amateur instructions in layman's terms.4.) At the same time they should also possess the depth that will enable them to analyze and correct a reasonably accomplished caster's particular fault/s.5.) They should have tact and diplomacy.6.) They should be replete with patience.7.) They should have a true desire to share and teach.8.)
