    Gordy,

    My thoughts:

Primary Quality Statement:  An enthusiastic and patient teacher who can teach at any level (many times simultaneously for different students in a class) and use multi-examples to skillfully demonstrate each task and motivate the student to have fun and want to continue furthering their flycasting skills and knowledge.

    Other Qualities:
    --Look and dress  professional
--Good error analysis and improvement suggestions
--Great listener and willing to listen
--Continues learning from others and by experimenting

    Cheers. Jim P

Question:  What do you feel should be the qualities of a good Master Instructor ?
