Nice and simple and it doesn't matter if the student is left or right
handed.
Still working on the shoulder. I had a cortisone injection a couple of
weeks ago.
The pain is almost completely gone at this point but I'm still extremely
limited in how much
I'm able to exercise the joint before it starts to hurt.
We'll continue to work on it. Maybe this is a good excuse to take up
spey casting.
Anyway - myself and the other members of the
