  • RE: the loop

    ol Al...

Interesting concept.  I can't fault it.

    Letter abbreviations are ACRONYMS.

    Howdy Gordy
In teaching I would refer to the loop as "pure energy" I got to thinking about this and came up with:
The loop is; a loop of dissipating energy. Because the Energy or Kinetic Energy is in the fly leg of the loop. The loop dissipates this energy. If we make a big loop we dissipate the energy over a large area. In an array of directions.
If we make a small loop we concentrate the energy so that the loop is giving up it's energy in a straight line path.
So to say the loop is energy is basically wrong it is a user of the energy. "Dissipating Energy Loop" or as we would say to day "DEL" just to add one more to your list of terms.
        Question?
What do you call the use of letter shorthand As; SLP, RSP,  My head not working again this morning. 'Old what your name?"
