Now I think it's time for the the FFF to participate in the storage of your records. I don't know exactly what that entails. Here's simple view. We the FFF ought to backup all the files in some manner that would safeguard them and while making the backup simple for you.
Would it be OK if I pursued that topic with the FFF? If so, it might mean controlled access by an FFF tech to your network.

Got Mel Krieger's booklet. Soon to begin work on it.
As you know, I'd like to see the FFF take over my Master Study Group in some manner for the future. No single individual can tackle a project like this forever.... me included. (I'm now in my eighties and cannot live forever.)
KUDOS to Walter for undertaking the indexing! This is sorely needed.
To have the FFF participate in and even take over the storage of this mountain of information would be a pleasure for me to see !
By all means pursue this including controlled access.
